Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Flagstaff Aspen Place

Slow! My husband came in to get his hair cut the same way as he always does. We waited a hour and watched how the staff was spending almost a hour on clients that should take 15 minutes or less. I have been to the salon with him multiple times and I know it’s possible to get the clients out faster and do good work. We saw a lot of talking and people on their phones. We are not locals but had to come here to get this done. Not pleased!

Well, well, well! I gave the opportunity to Sporrs Clip after my son was questioned about his age and not given the $3 discount of a FUSD Football discount card. Well, after the incident I was contacted by the manager which she apologized and asked me to give them another opportunity. Ever since,, I've been using the discount card with no problem. So, today I went and used the discount card on my other son (16 years) Nothing on the card states that discount has to be used on MVP only. Really?? First time ever!!! The stylist told me I couldn't use it that it can only be used on the MVP haircut that they have at the store. Insane!! She stated that the manager had changed the rules of using the discount card. So, my Flagstaff peeps, if you bought the card to help our Coconino Panthers Football team and thought it was a great idea to save a couple of bucks by going to this place. Just STOP and don't go!! It is sad how they change things around every time. Oh! Of course! That is their business and all but, as business owners that are willing to support the community by accepting to be part of their fundraising program by being on their discount cards you need to make rules consistent and not change every time you thing is appropriate. Anyways, I'm done with this place! Coconino parents try not to add 'em on the card for next year. Unless there is a hidden bias with certain people that I am not aware of. Never heard that any of my friends has had such back and forth when they go to Sports Clips with their kids. Word of mouth, here I go!

I have seen Lydia twice and am very happy with her cuts. She listens to what kind of cut I desire and proceeds from there. Complaint: A person can’t find out who is present on certain days at Sports Clip website until it opens at 9:00 AM. This is crazy; how is a person to plan ahead? EG., I want to schedule Lydia today but I don’t know if she is even working! It’s currently 7:45 AM my time. Oh Lydia, will you be working today?? HELLO, is anybody home at SC’s?! 😕
