I have had 2 good cuts at Sport Clips in Flagstaff but I have a terrible time trying to make appointments. It’s as if they don’t care that I become a regular customer. I get somebody on the phone and instead of helping me make an appointment they tell me to go online. I’ve never experienced a place that makes it hard to be a customer. Having no success with the on-line appointment system so I guess I’ll have to find another provider!🙄

Checked in online in order to get a haircut on my lunch break, and the stylists got me in on the dot. Amazing haircut in 25 minutes and I still had time to eat before heading back to work! Quality haircuts and time effective if you check in online, don't expect fast wait times for such a great barber next to a university! 5 stars!

They don't know how to cut hair besides one way and they still do a bad jon.
